Mixpanel: For user sessions tracking, promotions, monitoring, troubleshooting the user problems and server performance review.

Mail Chimp: For delivering promotions, offers, newsletter to our users.

Hotkey: For user account activation.


At Kill Ping, we use cookies to provide users with personalized content and social media ads in order to analyze our traffic to better understand user behavior, which consequently leads us to improve our products, services, and content to cater to the needs of the users. We only work with trusted and well reputed 3rd parties like Mixpanel, Stripe, Paypal and Bluesnap. For the bare minimum information that we have to store, we try to keep it as secure as we can.

The System Administrator is responsible for determining useful data that can be retained, such as system logs, session logs, and emails. (S)he is also required to optimize the data retention schedule to gain maximum benefits of the organization (Kill Ping). Please note that we do maintain certain data, such as user information and session logs, of our unsubscribed users for the purpose of enhancing user experience and performance management of our service.

If you are a resident of any of the European Union Member State(s), you can, at any time, exercise your ‘Right to be Forgotten’.
