PUBG: Hayz Steps Down From Team Liquid Roster
A few months back, we came across news regarding the signing of a new PUBG roster for the organization, Team Liquid. This new roster participated in an almost all of the PUBG major tournaments that took place till now. However, it seems everything is going to change in the coming days as one of the Team Liquid’s key players, Daniel “Hayz” Heaysman, has officially stepped down.
According to the announcement, Hayz will step down from his place on the roster. However, this does not mean that Hayz is leaving Team Liquid, instead, he will be taking more of a substitute role for the time being.
“Hayz was a part of our squad during two of the biggest PUBG Invitationals so far in Gamescom 2017 and IEM Oakland. He notably placed third in Solos at Gamescom behind EVERMORE and BreaK, narrowly missing out on the chicken dinner in Game 1 of the tournament.” – Official Announcement
The announcement further states that Hayz is open to seeking other opportunities in the professional PUBG scene. This leaves Team Liquid with an empty spot on its official roster.
Team Liquid Open Tryouts
But with the organization hosting open tryouts this week, we will likely see that spot being filled by a new player soon. And since these tryouts are open, that player could be you. If you wish to learn more about the open tryouts for the team, check out the Team Liquid official page for details regarding the requirements and more.
