Port-A-Fortress Coming To Fortnite With Next Update

The world of Fortnite is filled to the brim with exciting weapons and utilities which allow players the opportunity to out skill and eventually defeat other players. However, there are a couple of items available in the game which have other, more defensive, uses. It is because of these items, people are able to survive and outlive enemy rushes. Well, from what the community has discovered, it seems a new defensive item is coming to the game, one which is going to summon a massive structure in seconds.

According to FNBR Leaks, a Twitter page dedicated to leaking information about Fortnite, a new item called Port-a Fortress is coming to the game with its next update. The description for the object reads “toss down the Port-a-Fortress and take defense to new heights”. From what it seems, this is going to be a significantly improved version of the Port-a-Fort.

Furthermore, with the Port-a-Fort receiving a rarity drop from the developers, a couple of weeks back, it seems it was evident that the developers had something bigger and better in mind. As a result, we believe the forthcoming Port-a-Fortress will either come in Purple or Gold which would mean that finding these in the game is going to be quite rare.

The exact release date of the upcoming Port-a-Fortress is yet to be revealed but as we know, the developers at Epic Games are quite active with releasing content for the game, we might see this new item land, sometime next week. Hopefully, in the next update.

That being said, for all those of you who are unaware, Epic Games is going through a very difficult time as their headquarters are in the direct path of Hurricane Florence. We would very much like it if you would show your support for the developers and pray for their well being.

That is all for now, but stay tuned as we are going to be bringing you more news regarding Fortnite very soon.
