Dota 2 News: All Teams Decided For Kuala Lumpur Major

The first Major after The International 2018 is set to commence in a month and the attending teams for the event have already been decided.

The regional qualifiers for the Kuala Lumpur Major have completed and 15 out of the 16 teams are now known. Contemporary to previous Major events, the Kuala Lumpur Major has been different considering there hasn’t been a single invited team at the event.

This is pretty strange considering TI8 winners OG and TI7 winners Liquid won’t make their presence at the event. However, the teams that are attending the event are definitely not worth missing out.

Since each and every team made it to the main event via the qualifier, they are at their top form considering they defeated all others in their respective regions. There were three slots for Europe, two for CIS, three for China, two for SEA and two slots for the respective NA and SA regions.

All the teams who have made it to the main event in accordance to their regions are as follows:

Europe

• Team Secret
• Ninjas in Pyjamas
• Alliance

CIS

• Virtus.pro
• Ferzee

Southeast Asia

• Fnatic
• TNC Predator

China

• PSG.LGD
• Vici Gaming
• Team Aster

North America

• Evil Geniuses
• Forward Gaming
• Marchoutofarmy

South America

• PaiN Gaming
• PaiN X

These make up to the 15 teams who will be at the main event of Kuala Lumpur Major. The 16th slot will be taken home by the winner of DreamLeague Season 10 which is scheduled to start till the end of November.
