Dota 2 News: Resolut1on joins VGJ.Storm
In the recent turn of events, VGJ.Storm has brought in Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok to their lineup who will be replacing Enzo “Timado” Gianoli in the team.
The news comes just a few days before the team is scheduled to attend events in Thailand and China. Timado played a very important role in helping the team to qualify for the events, but his citizenship issues and visa delays have hampered the team’s presence at tournaments.

This problem led to the team searching for another mid-role player, and there wouldn’t have been any better option than Roman Resolut1on Fominok.
The bad timing of an uncertain and packed tournament schedule alongside Timado’s citizenship and visa process has played a large part in our difficult decision to replace him. In his place, we’d like to welcome Roman Resolut1on Fominok to the team. Roman is a seasoned and accomplished professional and we look forward to going to battle with him.
The change, however, brings in a lot of questions as to how the team performs in the upcoming events. Seeing their current seven-match winning streak – that included defeating fellow NA teams Complexity, Optic and EG – the move may bring a huge setback in terms of coordination.
As far as the skills are concerned, Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok is amongst the finest mid players the world of Dota 2 has to offer, and in terms of individual play, he will definitely make a good replacement for Timado.
But how his inclusion turns out for the entire team is still a big question mark. The team is set to participate in the MDL Changsha Major and GESC where the new lineup will be put to the test against some of the biggest Dota 2 teams in the world.
VGJ.Storm’s new lineup is as follows:
• Arif ‘MSS’ Anwar
• Avery ‘SVG’ Silverman
• JingJun ‘_Sneyking’ Wu
• Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fominok
• Yawar ‘YS’ Hassan
