Dota 2 News: Mineski bid farewell to Febby and Pieliedie
SEA’s powerhouse is now short to two star players as both Kim “Febby” Yong-min and Johan “pieliedie” Åström have left the organization leaving the team to only three members.
Both players have been part of the team since September 2018. With Febby and Pieliedie, Mineski was able to make their place at the DreamLeague Season 11 Major in Stockholm. The duo has been through the ups and downs in the team but despite Mineski’s performance in the past, their support duo has been on par with the current top support players.
The official statement has been released on Mineski’s facebook page by Mineski’s General Manager, Zak ‘Dash’ Holman and can also be seen below:
“It has been a pleasure to have Febby and pie on our roster, they both brought great energy and maturity, and helped build a great environment for the team which was important for our recent qualification to the major. They will both definitely be missed!”
With this, Mineski now has little time to complete their squad in preparation for the MDL Paris Major Qualifier. What future holds for both Febby and Pieliedie is unknown as both haven’t commented regarding their departure from the team yet.
Mineski’s roster currently has the following players:
• Lai “Ahjit” Jay Son
• Kam “Moon” Boon Seng
• Damien “kpii” Chok
